Job Summary

Responsible for participating as a technical expert in the Integration & implementation of wireless communication algorithms and solutions. Use prior experience and knowledge of Telecomm Network Infrastructure, Operations, and performance to deliver high-quality and innovative wireless solutions. Provides technical leadership to junior Engineers and project teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide Integration and Network support to construction crews and On-field Technicians.

  • Provide Technical support for BBU Commissioning, Carrier adds, Hardware swaps, BBU upgrades, PIM troubleshooting, KPI monitoring and Site health check reporting.

  • Utilize your deep understanding of LTE and 5G Networks to drive improvements in performance, throughput, and reliability for wireless networks.

  • Employ your strong Multitasking skills to efficiently complete the task assignments as well provide timely progress to all stakeholders.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of high pressure and significance.

  • Stay at the forefront of emerging wireless technologies and industry trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations for future enhancements to our wireless solutions.

  • Collaborate in a cross-functional environment with fellow engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs.

  • Takes the lead on developing new principles and concepts.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
