We are looking for IT Infrastructure Leader

? You will be responsible for end-to-end IT Infrastructure and manage IT Infra strategy, operations and solution delivery adhering to the Infrastructure standards from Global Siemens IT.

? You will oversee IT Infrastructure operations to ensure policies and systems are in place to support the implementation of organizational strategies. You will lead and coach IT professionals, partners and manage a high-performing team. You will be a passionate advocate for Digital transformation in the organization.

? Design, develop and maintains the IT department’s Infrastructure strategic road map, ensuring that IT capabilities continually support the overall business’s goals and objectives of STSPL in India

? Ensure that a Digital Strategy exists which maps to the organizational goals and aligns to the IT Strategy. Lead in determining IT capital investment with regard to business priorities, potential risks, and capacity planning.

? Ensure compliance with Corporate, regulatory and IT policies.

? Interface with business partners to advise and provide Infra technology related solutions and thought leadership.

? Prepare Annual IT Infrastructure Plan for the Department along with the IT procurement plan

? Analyze IT Infra requirements keeping in mind business impact, strategic value and organizational readiness for each project

? Strategize IT disaster recovery, Manage and oversee the Business Continuity Plan and implementation of new investments within the technology infrastructure.

? Manage the IT service desk, ensuring timely response and resolution of user issues and requests.

? Implement incident management and problem resolution processes to minimize service disruptions.

? Continuously assess and improve IT service processes, workflows, and procedures.

? Identify and implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.

? Define and maintain the IT service catalog, including service descriptions, service levels, and pricing (as applicable).

? Ensure that core IT Infrastructure, Internet and Cloud based services are monitored, remediated, supported to agreed SLAs so that business operations can rely on a high degree of service availability

? Lead IT Infrastructure partner teams and accomplishes business results by aligning staff performance plans to operational plan objectives.

? Track team goals and performance to ensure targets are met

? Provide exceptional, inspirational leadership and support to the Infrastructure partner teams, as well as strategic leadership across all disciplines of Infrastructure

? Lead to ensure a safe, secure, and discrimination-free work environment; develops personal growth opportunities and ensure future skillset and resource requirements are proactively addressed.

? Keep up-to-date of IT incidents and act as primary control point during significant information security incidents. Convene a IT Incident Response Team as needed, or requested, in addressing and investigating incidents that arise.

? Provide leadership, direction and guidance in assessing and evaluating information security risks and monitor compliance with security standards and appropriate policies.

? Implementing Siemens IT change management strategies that will drive faster adoption] and higher utilization to accelerate benefit realization, return on investment (ROI) and the achievement of results and outcomes with regards to Cyber Defense

? Ensure compliance with ITSec and OpSec regulations, process (SOP), governance and audit requirements

? Track projects, status, dashboards and proactively communicate with business and project team members and build meaningful metrics for business sponsors that demonstrate the impact of change efforts.

? Develop trusted relationships with key partners within the organization.

You’d describe yourself as:

? 15+ years IT experience with 4 to 6 years in a combination of risk management, IT Leadership + information technology desired + Experience managing and/or directing an IT Infra operations / service delivery.

? Experience in leading IT Infrastructure Operations for Enterprises

? Experience in IT service management and vendor management

? Proven experience in IT strategic planning and development, project management, IT budgeting and policy development.

? Strong practical knowledge of private and public cloud computing standards

? Background in Infrastructure design and operations

? Strong technical and Project Management skills and leadership qualities

? Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with ability to articulate strategy and ideas to senior stakeholders in business language

? Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.

? Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.

? Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment and manage multiple streams of projects and deliverables with a need for adjustments and rapid iteration

? Demonstrated experience in innovation or product management, preferably with a focus on digital products.

? Experience in a (shared) service business is a plus.

? Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and employ entrepreneurial techniques to exploring, validating, and developing new customer offerings and business opportunities.

? Ability to identify and experiment with new opportunities to expand company product market fit and knowledge when to adjust when value, feasibility, viability, or usability is not viable .

? Strong initiative and proven ownership quality across functions and levels combined with ability to collaborate across groups and organizations.

? Extreme comfort with ambiguity, demonstrating visionary ideas with storytelling for executive buy-in.

? Bachelor’s in business, Innovation Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent .

? Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication in English.
