The Role

The project team is looking for a Remedy experience person to work as a Subject matter expert for the BMC Remedy suite of products including Remedy ARS & ITSM , Truesight Orchestration Smart IT

Responsibilities include:

  • To work on configuration and administration activities of Remedy ITSM/ARS 9.1 to 20.x and above

  • To work on configuration and administration activities of BMC Smart IT 2.0 to 20.x and above

  • To work on configuration and administration activities of BMC Digital Workplace

  • Support, troubleshoot, development of the integration of Remedy with third-party applications and other BMC products.

  • Support and troubleshoot any issues with the platform.

  • Should have hands-on experience on below Remedy Products on Linux environment –

  • BMC Remedy 9.1 and above

  • BMC AO 7.7.01 and above

  • BMC AI 9.1 and above

  • Smart IT 2.0 and above

  • Work on all project deliverables and is accountable to get them completed as per the timeline

  • Provides guidance, mentoring, and support to project team members

  • Work on production change deployment and post go-live support

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 8 plus years of relevant experience across all ITSM modules and integrations, Smart IT and Digital Workplace

  • Experience with Remedy upgrades, integrations suite, ARS ITSM customizations, and understanding of workflows

  • Remedy ITSM, Atrium CMDB, ARS 9 or above, ITSM suite Web Services

  • Hands on experience on Remedy data configuration, migration. Familiar with DWP service requests, workflows and catalog.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Contribute to major projects and services as they impact the delivery of agreed plans to users and ensure investments achievement

  • Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)

  • Vulnerability management

  • Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
