We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Content Curation Leader to join our dynamic sales enablement team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the curation and management of high-impact content on the Kyndryl Win Coach platform. Your expertise will ensure that our global teams have access to relevant, timely, and engaging resources that power our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization to gather, organize, and deliver content that aligns with our business objectives and enhances the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Lead the end-to-end content curation process on the Kyndryl Win Coach platform. This includes sourcing, organizing, publishing, tagging, and archiving high-quality content tailored to our target audience.

  • Content Accuracy: Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our content governance standards, business priorities, and audience needs.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify content requirements, gather insights, and ensure seamless and timely content delivery.

  • Strategic Content Curation: Drive the implementation and execution of the content curation strategy, ensuring it is aligned with overarching GTM goals and business objectives.

  • Page Development & Optimization: Oversee the creation and maintenance of dedicated content pages on Kyndryl Win Coach, optimizing layout and design to enhance user engagement and accessibility.

  • Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance and user engagement metrics to assess effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts.

  • Content Governance: Uphold and enforce content governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.

  • Innovation & Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content curation and user experience, driving innovation within the team.

This role is a unique opportunity to shape the content strategy for a global audience, driving engagement and supporting our GTM success. If you are a content expert with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to join our team and make a meaningful impact.
