Key Responsibilities:

Helping to transfer parts from one warehouse to another closer to a customer location needing the part for a tool.

Daily duties may include :

• Pulling customer Sales order reports * Understanding stocking levels at warehouses. * Making sure right transactions are created with right levels to ensure parts reach customers * Monitoring stock levels * Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination * Overseeing arrival of shipments * Responding to stakeholders queries and directing them to right solutions * Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met * Working in different time zones to support Global Customer Sales Order demands. * Working in shifts for extended periods

Skills needed:

• Good team player * Plenty of initiative and can work unsupervised * Knowledge of geography * Good communication skills * Attention to detail. * No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members * Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents * Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies * Ability to use spreadsheets, databases, and other IT programs * Writing skills * Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly * SAP and SCM knowledge
