• Work experience in Creo sheet metal, Tubing and drawing design.

• Work experience in Windchill release process.

• Strong knowledge on Sheet metal and Tubing manufacturing processes.

• Good Knowledge creating and maintaining Bill of Materials.

• HVAC/Refrigeration domain experience and Good understanding of HVAC sub systems and components.

• Work experience in NPD & VAVE projects are preferable.

• Ability to handle Design/Drawing release process with minimum guidance.

• Mechanical Engineering having experience in Engineering support activities

• Good understanding on basic engineering design principles and Design best practices.

• Good knowledge on GD&T (ASME Y14.5M).

• Able to create new CAD models (parts/assemblies) and utilize user defined features (UDFs); some direction still required, basic understanding of drafting principles and company standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Commit to deliver 100% Quality & Delivery on time as per project schedule.

• Create parts/assembly/drawings/method sheets in Creo.

• Strong focus on sheet metal part design, plastic part design.

• Prepares layouts and concepts design, sketches and details drawings as required.

• Release parts in Windchill following the PLM release process.

• Prepare/maintain Engineering documentation, bill of material and change notices.

• Ability to handle Design/Drawing/Project level Reviews with Project leads.

• Support Design Engineering projects independently. Collaborate with other design and product engineers working on those projects.

• Contribute towards innovation, soft productivity and strategic initiatives.

• Actively contribute and participate in team building activities.

• Work from oral or written engineering instructions, procedures, drawings, and sketches.

• Provides design support for current production parts and products.

Qualification:

• Bachelors in Mechanical

• 3 to 5 of work experience
