Microsoft Corporation Business Program Manager - CLO in Bangalore, India
The CLO Program Manager is responsible for managing the design and delivery of outsourced global tele services solutions through a ecosystem of world-class global tele vendors. The role involves leading operational performance focused on ensuring the highest standards of compliance and executing business strategy through service delivery excellence. A key part of the role is ensuring supplier performance continually meets and exceeds customer and stakeholder expectations. This roles involves a high level of executive stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management across a matrix organisations. This role will be supporting the outsourced solution assessment program in Asia.
Responsibilities
Manage supplier performance and KPIs, tracking vendor performance at a local and global level.
Drive vendor audits and create a monthly vendor scorecard.
Own the monthly business reviews with global vendors and various Corp stakeholders.
Verify the monthly performance results of the vendors.
Manage program ROB, tracking budgets and spend for the program.
Manage supplier headcount and financials.
Ensure all program performance and compliance objectives are met.
Contribute to the design and build of new program content and delivery plans for new services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft business stakeholders and global tele vendors, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the outsourced tele sales program.
Monitor and analyse market trends and competitive landscape to inform program strategy and direction.
Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new program features and capabilities.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as Microsoft's policies and standards.
Qualifications
4 years of experience in MS Sales, Operations, or a similar industry, with experience in partner or field management.
Bachelor's or a Master’s degree.
Demonstrated leadership skills and capabilities in diverse and highly complex environments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex situations with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
