SAP Business Processes Associate Consultant (Integration Consultant - SAP Concur) in Bangalore, India

What you'll do

  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Concur data integration and core products to guide customers for best practice configuration and integration designs.

  • Lead data integration projects from start to complete. This includes the initial customer contact, project implementation, and transition to support.

  • Use technical skills to support customer testing and troubleshoot connectivity, data transformation, and posting issues.

  • Consistently communicate project status with the SAP Concur project manager and/or customer by means of status reports and status calls (as applicable).

  • Work on support cases from the relevant case queue(s) through to resolution and/or escalation to R&D.

  • Adhere to and maintain service level agreement (SLA) KPI metrics for support cases.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP Concur's products, implementation practices, and methodologies.

  • Comply with all corporate policies, such as data security, compliance, and auditing.

What you bring

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience, Minimum 6 months to 2 years of customer-facing services and/or support, consulting or software implementation experience

  • Hands on experience in either API-based and/or file-based integrations

  • Experience with Web Services and data types/markup language such as JSON, CSV, XML, XLS, etc

  • Working knowledge in the programming languages JavaScript, Java, Groovy Scripting and XML/XSLT

  • Experience with financial applications and knowledge of accounting processes, a plus

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong technical consulting, analysis & problem-solving skills

  • Excellent presentation skills, project management skills a plus

  • Basic knowledge of SAP Concur software product, a plus.

  • Ability to persuade and influence.

  • EMEA and/or AMER shift working hours (Flexibility to work during weekends on need or on regular basis)

Meet your team

The SAP Concur Associate Intergration Consultant is responsible for the design, configuration/development, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and support of SAP Concur products related to Data Integration requirements.

This role involves understanding customer integration requirements, translating them into technical application designs, and potentially configuring/developing and supporting SAP Concur system integration components.
