Vontier Business Operations - Data Analyst in Bangalore, India

Are you a skilled problem solver with a passion for turning raw data into actionable insights? We’re seeking a talented Business Ops / Data Analyst partner to join our dynamic organization to ensure our customer interactive dashboard is on track. This will enable the business to identify operation challenges and monitor real time connectivity to analyze data to support our customers end to end experience and remove roadblocks through actionable insight.

Roles and responsibility -

Work with client to address full cycle needs from analytics and dashboard framework, requirement definition through to end user reporting using Power BI

Perform requirement analysis, design and prototype Power BI solutions

Set up and Administer Power BI for enterprise self-service

Conduct QA

Assist with training end users

Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI

Deliver automated reporting with robust user functionality (drill down, filtering, etc.)

Other duties as assigned by client demands

Work on developing dashboards for KPI tracking and enable management to make key informed decisions for the customer success team

Assess, analyze, consult, and strategically address business bottlenecks and provide scalable solutions

Support subsequent business units in developing and implementing dashboard visualizations and other analytical solutions

Build and create data pipelines to be consumed for internal and external use

Prepare data and reports for operational and analytical uses

Create intuitive interfaces, setup permissions and security for both internal and customer facing reporting

Lead SCRUM/Kanban like standups and bi-weekly demos with IS360 Power BI report builders and data handlers

Experience working with dataset ingestion, data model creation, reports, dashboards, KPIs, Power BI Pro features, workspaces, security, etc.

Extensive expertise with in optimizing Power BI Dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability and standardization

Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude and good research and testing skills

Good at building and maintaining relationships with clients and co-workers

Qualification -

Strong knowledge of excel and power BI

5 + years of experience using Power BI

Experience rolling out enterprise, self-serve Power BI capability

MCSA Power Platform Developer Associate, or

MCSA: BI Reporting

Experience in the field of Data warehousing for an enterprise environment

Efficient prioritizing and documenting your work and tasks with project management software

Able to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally within the organization

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field preferred
