Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CSI Champion with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Base4 Windows Batch Scripting SQL and Sparrow along with domain experience in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of solutions using Base4 Windows Batch Scripting SQL and Sparrow.

• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.

• Design and develop efficient and scalable solutions to meet business needs.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.

• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

• Document technical specifications and project plans for reference and future use.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

• Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
