Position Summary

Job Summary:

  1. Experience in US and APAC Compliance, Accounts Payable & Receivables

  2. Must have worked with international stakeholders

  3. Should have excellent communication skills-Good Knowledge of Accounting /General Accounting-Experience in Month End Closing or Monthly Closing, GL Accounting

  4. Manage, as applicable, processes related to BRS, Fixed Assets, A/P and A/R management, bookkeeping entries, and closing the books on a monthly basis as well as reviewing various schedules and variance analysis.

  5. It is his/her duty to cross-check all the entries in the various accounting books and financial

  6. statements so as to identify any faults or errors that might have occurred and also adopt immediate measures to solve the accounting problem.

  7. Coordinating with stakeholders to understand accruals and accounting adjustment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance Like CA- Inter (Mandatory), B.Com etc.

• Certification or working experience on Global accounting (IFRS, US GAAP etc.) would be added advantage)

• 04-07 years of relevant professional experience.

• Advanced English skills, including excellent business writing skills and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate responses

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced Excel.

• Strong attention to details. Interest in accomplishing goals and exceeding expectations

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly to both internal and external stakeholders

Other requirements

• Ability to do R&D and brainstorm.

• Fast and accurate data entry skills

• Experience in financial software package

• Working experience on Workday will be an added advantage
