Your Role and Responsibilities

As Content Developer, you will leverage your expertise in content creation and learning management to collaborate with instructional designers to design, develop, and evaluate learning interventions, driving optimal outcomes

• Assist in the development of instructionally sound learning experiences designed to close performance gaps.

• Support the development of digital training assets using the most current practices, tools, and methodologies.

• Communicate throughout the development process with project management and team members.

• Serve as an active mentee to HCS LD Instructional Designers to improve design knowledge, technical skills, and overall performance

• Assist the lead Instructional Designer in the following tasks:

• Write and evaluate learning or performance objectives based on needs analysis, requirement gathering, and project scope.

• Leverage adult learning theory and client scope to select and implement instructional strategies.

• Create instructional design documents.

• Communicate effectively and respectfully with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

• Gather content from client source materials and SME interviews.

• Organize learning content into meaningful chunks.

• Design evaluation instruments (such as assessment questions or surveys) to measure learning effectiveness and improve new or existing learning experiences.

• Communicate regularly with the Lead LED/ID and Project Manager, reporting progress and staying within project hour allocations while adhering to budget limits.

• Proofread, edit, and update all learning deliverables regularly.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4-6 years of overall experience with minimum of 3 years in handling Content Development/ Instructional Design for any International IT / ITES Company

• Proven experience in courseware development tools like Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Rise, murf, PageTiger or WalkMe

• Relevant Experience in using graphic tools for Image resizing, cropping, colour adjustment, and text replacement

• Knowledge of learning experience design methods including the ADDIE model.

• Excellent communication skills in English both oral & written

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel

• Ability to pre-empt potential issues and reprioritize work to meet ever changing needs of customers both internal and external; proactively follows up with key customers on resolution and action plans

• Ability to think through complex issues and situations and develop robust, well thought out solutions which meet the need of the business

• Effectively Works with Others - Works well with internal customers and external suppliers and can positively influence others in problem solving and work process improvements

• Excellent Customer Service skills - ability to communicate to all people at all levels within the organization.

• Must have the ability to resolve difficult customer service issues High degree of numeracy skills with meticulous attention to details Team work - the ability to work well within the team

• You should be flexible to work in shifts.

• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.

• Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives.

• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Enhance technical skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications etc
