About The Role:

As a CBRE Transaction Management Coordinator, you will support a growing and dynamic brokerage team who are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupancy. This is a great entry level position to the brokerage side of the CBRE organization with potential for growth and increased responsibilities and opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain team project database and pull reporting from the database for analysis.

  • Maintain client lease administration database in collaboration with lease administration team.

  • Assist transaction management team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reporting.

  • Assist transaction management professionals with standard client deliverables such as surveys, RFP, LOI’s, broker engagement letters and sublease listing agreements.

  • Upon completion by transaction management professional, close out project by completing all necessary reporting such as Value Add reports.

  • Collaborate with brokerage professionals within the team and across the globe to collect market information to compare client current lease rates to market.

  • Use existing procedures to solve problems while having an opportunity to exercise discretion.

  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under supervision and guidance.

  • Additional tasks may be assigned.

  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset.

  • Ability to follow work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

  • Applicants must be a team player and looking for a collaborative environment to grow.

  • Undergraduate degree in Real Estate or Business (preferred).

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
