Social Workers / Clinical Case Managersprovide critical clinical support to children with complex trauma histories and treatment foster care families. The Social Worker / Clinical Case Manager facilitates placement of children in foster homes and participate in assessments, service delivery, discharge, and aftercare planning. Arrow's program utilizes evidence-based practices to treat difficult to place foster children with high intensity needs. Social Workers / Clinical Case Managers maintain regular contact with the foster family and child, and monitor psychological, mental, emotional, physical and environmental well-being through phone contacts, email, and home visits. Social Workers / Clinical Case Managers also participate in an On-Call rotation.

Social Worker / Clinical Case Manager Education, Licensure and/or Experience:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, and at least one (1) year experience working with children and families.
• Active Social Work License required.
