What You'll be Doing:

You will be supporting sales representatives and channel partners in our sales operation's areas such as customers quotes, sales information management, product training and financing. You will prepare sales forecasts by collecting and analyzing data to evaluate sales goals and other sales information. As our Sales Operations Analyst, you will also conduct analysis and prepare reports regarding information such as order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas, and sales representative earnings. You will research and evaluate current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace and share this information with the appropriate teams and leaders. On occasion, you will also work with customers on behalf of sales representatives, in areas such as facilitating customers access to various resources and responding to nontechnical questions. The majority of the time, you will be working with internal customers in all areas of the business. This position is one of the few that offers this particular opportunity.

The Global Sales Operations Analyst is a key supporting role who works closely with Enablon leadership and the Sales Team. This position includes ongoing data management, RFP Management, reporting, and ongoing improvements.

*Key Tasks: *

  • Collaborates with leadership to define new and evolving reports, develop/update reporting as change and new requirements are identified, such reporting as RFP analysis etc.

  • Manages the overall process of creating and submitting client Security Questionnaires, Vendor Registrations and RFPs for the Global team

  • Provides training on the RFP tool when required

  • Remain knowledgeable of key processes and initiatives in order to assist the sales and service team in achieving company goals

  • Cross Functional Activities may be required such as working with all teams implicated in RFPs/Security Questionnaires

  • Actively support the Global organization as we drive Operational improvement through launching new initiatives

  • Monitors Salesforce for accuracy

  • Responds promptly and professionally to sales requests or inquiries

  • Monitors RFP cases for trends

  • Other duties may be assigned as the need arises

You're a Great Fit if You Meet These Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent job-related experience

  • 2 years of B2B sales operations experience

  • Experience working with internal customers in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in business services and or cloud-based software industries

  • Live within 50 miles of one of our CT locations listed below and the ability to work a hybrid schedule, being in the office 2 days a week

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, Hi, NY, WA: $74,550-$103,200
