Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist. As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and greet everyone who comes in, providing administrative assistance and managing basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors and inquiries.

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure their accuracy.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Utilize Excel formulas for various administrative tasks.

• Evaluate and take appropriate action on customer accounts based on their status.

Requirements

• Administrative Assistance: Proficiency in providing administrative support, such as managing schedules, answering phone calls, and maintaining files, is required.

• Excel Formulas: The applicant should be adept in using Excel formulas to manage and analyze data effectively.
