Location: Open to remote

Overview:

Responsible for execution of MBS delivery function. Maintain day-to-day relationships with capital markets investors and ensure the delivery of MBS are timely and accurate. Provide rate guidance to our loan origination staff and screening groups.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and communicate Agency & AAA pricing

• Deliver requests for pricing and analyze rate stacks for loan officers

• Obtain coupon and price indications for loan officers

• Manage loan officer and borrower expectations for rate indications

• Conduct ad-hoc profitability analysis for loan officers

• Formulate, track and market near-term rate lock pipeline

• Obtain preliminary and draft trade sheets from loan officers and underwriters

• Quality Control Trade Sheets against final approved 4662 and Agency quote and reconcile discrepancies.

• Verify loan package and rate lock conditions

• Perform rate lock and communicate final information

• Communicate pricing & capital markets news to loan officers

• Promote efficiency and automation for process improvement

• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelors’ degree in Finance or related field (or the equivalent) with a minimum 6 years’ experience in a capital markets function or related field inclusive of 3 years’ supervisory/leadership experience or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 10 years higher education and/or work experience to include a minimum of 9 years’ experience in investor relations or related field inclusive of 3 years’ supervisory/leadership experience.

• Strong Excel

• Proficient with Bloomberg

• Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to use tact and diplomacy.

• Agency experience (Fannie, Freddie, Ginnie Mae)

Education and Experience Preferred:

• MBA is preferred

• Experience with Power BI

• Previous experience with Closer

• Team leader with project management skills.
