Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a project located in Baltimore, MD . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Replace Light Bulbs, Ballast, switches, Receptacles, Door Hardware & Ceiling Tiles

• Repair Plumbing Leaks

• Some Painting

• Grounds Work & Site Clean Up

• Moving Office Furniture

• Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements

• 3+ Years Maintenance
