Grant Thornton is seeking an Integrated Campaign Leader (Senior Director) to join the team. Approved office locations can be found below.
As the Integrated Campaign Leader in our Connected Sales & Marketing function, you will get the opportunity to shape and drive our firm's client marketing investments to generate topline revenue growth. Lead a team of marketers focused on strategically generating hundreds of compelling client conversations that open doors to create new opportunities, engage high value accounts, produce leads for sellers and strengthen buyer relationships. Your Day-to-Day May Include:
Developing the strategic vision for enterprise campaigns that align with firm priorities and drive measurable growth; overseeing campaign execution and activation
Collaborating with Chief Marketing Officer and firm leadership to identify market opportunities, establish campaign priorities, and allocate resources for maximum impact
Overseeing the development of industry-specific marketing plans and initiatives that support industry growth priorities
Driving audience-centric content strategy to ensure campaigns deliver relevant, valuable thought leadership our buyers care about
Ensuring effective implementation and integration of performance marketing and digital tactics to drive results
Establishing performance metrics, analyzing campaign results, and optimizing strategies to continually improve ROI
Orchestrating the effective collaboration between onshore and offshore team members to maximize efficiency and quality
Partnering closely across Marketing, Sales, and GTM to ensure seamless and effective activation of enterprise campaigns, triangulating insights and incorporating feedback
Representing campaign approaches and results to senior leadership, demonstrating the value of marketing investments to the organization
Other duties as assigned
You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
15+ years of progressive marketing and strategy experience, with at least 8 years in leadership roles managing teams
Strong understanding of our buyers and of professional services, particularly for tax, audit, and advisory services – external client services experience a strong plus
Knowledgeable of our business and of the firm’s growth objectives
Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results
Exceptional strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate strategy into tactical execution
Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing technologies
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
Can travel as needed
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $206,300 and $343,800 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Washington, DC, Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA San Diego, CA, and New York, NY offices only is between $222,800 and $371,300 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $237,200 and $395,400 per year.

Benefits for internship positions: Grant Thornton interns are eligible to participate in the firm’s medical, dental and vision insurance programs and the firm’s employee assistance program.
