Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $55K-$65K 3 months Temp opportunity

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What’s a typical day as a Human Resource Generalist? You’ll be:

• Managing all aspects of the FMLA process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Assisting with the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.

• Conducting employee orientations and onboarding processes.

• Assisting with recruitment and selection processes.

• Providing guidance and support to employees regarding human resource policies and procedures.

• Assisting with employee relations issues and investigations.

• Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.

• Assisting with performance management processes.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall HR strategy.

• Reporting to the HR Manager.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a solid understanding of FMLA regulations and experience managing FMLA processes.

• Possess knowledge of human resource policies and procedures.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Are detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate employee records.

• Have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Are a team player and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).

• Have 2+ years of experience in human resources (preferred).
