Expected salary range of $67,500 to $75,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Facilities Specialist Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Manager to support facilities-related activities to all Constellation owned and leased properties. The Facilities Specialist will be responsive to internal and external customers seeking support and information from the Facilities Department. The Specialist will handle day-to-day issues and bubble up if the situation warrants leadership review or guidance. Much of the day-to-day work will be self-performing with little oversight.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage service requests; Assign service requests/work orders to appropriate resources. Track progress and report completion of work; Document client satisfaction levels; Verify rent statements for accuracy of tenant service request charges.

  • Communicate and work with management, corporate facility and administrative staff, and external vendors in support of the Facilities Department, including maintaining records and contracts, coordinating project activities, and providing scheduling support. Use best business practices to manage and reduce operational costs.

  • Manage and oversee work, budgets and performance of internal and external building operations and maintenance and related personnel. Develop and report operating budget; Verify, process and maintain detailed reports of expenditures and chargebacks; Resolve billing issues.

  • Quickly and efficiently respond to maintenance and repair requests.

  • Coordinate all aspects of project implementation to include reviewing and maintaining current office equipment, physical space, and planning for future needs of all Exelon leased and owned buildings.

  • Establishment of external contacts to include: Seeking proposals, bid information, and other contract documents.

  • Coordinate with internal customers and external vendors on small capital projects at both current and new facilities. Updates key stakeholders as necessary.

  • Perform facility-related cost-benefit analyses to identify potential cost saving strategies. This would include comparing costs for various services and goods before choosing the best options for the facilities.

  • Represent the Facilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments.

  • Coordinate the moving of employees from various office locations across the Exelon portfolio. The Facility Coordinator must work with the Senior Manager and Department to properly staff, document, coordinate, and appropriately respond to issues related to moves.

  • Work with internal customers to plan, coordinate, and facilitate company event set-ups and take downs.

  • Assist facilities staff in ordering parts, supplies, and materials essential for continued operation.

  • Maintain and manage physical asset and storage site inventory.

  • Ensure the security of Constellation facilities by working with the individuals within the Department and Constellation Corporate Security to implement agreed upon security measures.

  • Drive and promote safety culture within portfolio to include subcontractors, suppliers and visitors.

  • Works and participates effectively in a team environment, within the department, and other departments, and with outside contractors.

  • Proven ability to accomplish tasks effectively in a high-performance culture.

  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering or related field with two (2) year's experience or High School diploma or equivalent, with six (6) years of experience.

  • Good PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Passport).

  • Good organizational and analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple activities and requirements.

  • Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access to nuclear site.
