Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President of their company. The ideal candidate will excel in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the President's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

  • Expense Management: Process and reconcile expense reports in compliance with company policies.

  • Office Management: Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency, including organizing meetings and handling inquiries.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating various projects and initiatives to ensure deadlines are met and resources are utilized effectively.

  • Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or family-owned business environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
