Escrow Processing Supervisor

• Responsible for managing day to day workflow tasks by delegating and assigning tasks to employees;

• Make decisions based on established processes and procedures;

• Partner with Vendor Coordinator on any vendor issues or questions;

• Addressing inquiries and complaints from local operations and clients;

• Provides localized supervision of regional processing team;

• Key point of contact for local business leaders for issue escalations and providing updates on workflow processes, policy changes, etc.;

• Oversee processing team by supervising day to day production, providing training and partnering with Processing Manager on recruitment, development and performance management of employees.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry.

• Interpersonal influencing and relationship building.

• Strong ability to analyze, practice good judgement and decision making.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn new technical applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be available to work during core business hours and have the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
