Job Title: Test Technician

Job Description

Manufacturing and production job involving finished circuit boards. Responsibilities include documentation of testing and quality checks. Candidates must possess working knowledge of IPC–610 and J-STD-001. The role requires the ability to effectively operate and interpret visual magnification devices (scope) and basic electronic and mechanical measuring devices. Candidates must work in a self-directed manner in a fast-paced environment and foster and maintain professional relationships with staff and management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer-based applications are essential.

Hard Skills

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.

Work Environment

Dress code is casual (tennis shoes, khakis, tee shirt). 1st shift: 7:30am-3:30pm. 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm. Testing Dept hours: 8:30am-5:00pm. This role is strictly 40 hours per week. Small manufacturing environment with a cleanroom for assemblies and soldering. Climate-controlled facility with about 75-100 employees on site.
