SEA, Ltd. Computer Animator (Forensics) in Baltimore, Maryland

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assist experts in conveying, developing, and/or supporting opinions and explaining complex mechanisms through computer animation, graphic design, or other visual and creative mediums
  • Create multimedia presentations and storyboards related to and in support of forensic investigations
  • Support marketing and engineering departments with promotional graphics and demonstration videos
  • Deliver presentations and explain the computer animations or graphic designs created
  • Seek out and learn new technical applications that would benefit the goals of this position
  • Regular and predictable physical presence in the office

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Art, Fine Art, Computer Animation or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of post-academic computer animation experience
  • Proficient in 3d modeling and animation utilizing Autodesk software (3DS Max [preferred], Maya, AutoCAD, etc.)
  • Experience in graphic design, video editing/compositing, and other multimedia design utilizing Adobe software (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
  • Experience in interactive programming, CAD, 3D laser scanning, and/or drone operation is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
