Our client in Malta, New York is seeking an experienced CMP Technologist (8+ years industry experience) with a strong passion for developing new technologies to expand our client's technology portfolio. This is a great opportunity for a CMP expert to take their experience to the next level by solving complex CMP problems and will also be responsible for being the conduit for CMP Engineers and our leading-edge R&D programs in their most advanced fab. Extensive experience in FEOL and BEOL CMP and expertise in CMP tooling, slurry and consumable is essential in this role.

Skills and Requirements

Masters or Ph.D Degree in electrical / electronic / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Chemical process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics or related field.

 8+ years of working experience in CMP Process Development

 Experience with CMP platforms and technologies (AMAT, Ibarra, etc)

 High Volume manufacturing environment experience OR Research and Development environment background

o If R&D, need to be open to adjust to high volume and vice versa Coming from a dual role background of high volume manufacturing and R&D

 Experience in automated 300mm fabrication facility null
