ReSound Channel Marketing Specialist for North Europe in Ballerup, Denmark

Join our team as a Channel Marketing Specialist focused on the Public Nordics sector, where you'll play a key role in implementing our global brand and marketing strategy into actionable plans. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, drive commercial growth, and ensure alignment with business objectives while fostering customer loyalty and revenue impact.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will,

Support the commercial focused plan in the Public Nordics channel

  • Be the Public Nordics channel owner

  • Support the development and implementation of the commercial-marketing strategy. e.g. launch planning, campaign planning, with a focus on offline and online elements.

  • Engage with different stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers through marketing i.e. tender authorities, KOL/tender influencers, regions/municipalities, hospitals, sourcing departments, hearing care responsible, clinical audiologists; private HCP offering public hearing care).

  • Engage with customers, partners, end users, suppliers to create and leverage business opportunities

  • Integrate and collaborate with other channel strategies to support a cohesive marketing strategy across all markets and channels

Action the commercial focused plan ensuring the plan becomes reality in the Public Nordics channel

  • Work hand in hand with- and steer the sales team on the needed actions

  • Ensure BTB MarCom focus on the “sell to” of the channel

  • Ensure acquisition of new customers, and retention of existing customers.

Measure and support the Public Nordics channel growth potential.

  • Collect insights

  • identify and analyse trends, opportunities, threats

  • Across Marketing network and with Sales, exchange knowledge and best practice sharing, creating opportunities and efficiencies.

  • Support managing the Public Nordics channel marketing budget

  • Integrate with digital and experiential outcome to better support needs for the channel.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • Experience in marketing or commercial roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.

  • A proven track record in translating marketing strategy into actionable plans and driving commercial growth.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute initiatives on time and within budget.

  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering best-in-class outcomes for local marketing and sales objectives.

  • the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels/locations.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Proficient in both English and Norwegian at a business level.

Travel

25-30% of role involves travel, primarily within the Nordic region and occasionally to other European countries.
