We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in the Media Industry, based in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. As a Receptionist you will be responsible for managing the front desk, assisting customers, and handling inbound calls. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk, ensuring efficient operations.

• Handle inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Proactively manage any issues that may arise during receptionist coverage.

• Take on independent tasks as needed.

• Ensure all customer interactions are handled with a high level of care.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

• Perform administrative tasks as needed.

• Responsible for providing coverage during offsite events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Receptionist duties within the media industry

• Demonstrated ability to assist customers in a supportive and friendly manner

• Proficient in answering Inbound calls, handling inquiries, and directing calls appropriately

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Proficient in using office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and photocopiers

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Strong customer service orientation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Flexibility to work in shifts if required

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
