Requirements: D2 Certificate and valid driver's license

Awater meter installeris responsible for installing and maintaining water meters to ensure accurate consumption readings. Their tasks include studying blueprints, performing installations, and troubleshooting meter operations

1. Installation: Water meter installers replace residential water meters with new smart meters. They connect and disconnect utility services at specific locations and read water meters for assigned routes, inputting the numbers into a handheld device.
2. Maintenance: They administer the mainline valve to ensure smooth water flow to buildings. Additionally, they inspect, test, repair, rebuild, replace, and maintain commercial and domestic water meters from various manufacturers
3. Troubleshooting: When issues arise, water meter installers investigate and report unusual conditions to their supervisors.
