Job Summary:The Maintenance personnel will perform basic preventative maintenance as required. Be proactive to ensure the facilities are in a good safe condition at all times. Upkeep the facilities by inspecting and completing repairs in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspects facilities periodically to determine problems and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.).
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Participate in the coordination of projects and facilitate the completion.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain and use company resources effectively.
• Collaborates with Program Directors and/or Site Facilitator and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure facility maintenance needs are met.

Adheres to all VAC policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Performs other duties as assigned.
