In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative)

Sales Representative

A full-time W-2 outside sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with both pre-qualified homeowners and those you engage through your own efforts.

While we provide a robust pre-qualification process to generate leads, we are looking for sales reps who are motivated and proactive in generating their own leads as well. We believe that combining your personal initiative with our proven system will put you in the best position to succeed.

Your focus will be on selling and building relationships. We handle everything from processing the order to supporting you with any changes after the product is sold. We ask you to learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, stay true to your training, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what we offer.

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad

  • Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings

  • Design new baths using our proprietary iPad software

  • Deliver pricing and close sales on a daily basis

    Qualifications:

  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise

  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline

  • Ability to work independently

  • Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings

  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required
