Main mission:

Under the responsibility of the Customer Service Manager of the Western Region, you will ensure the installation, commissioning and preventive and curative maintenance of compressed air plants and its network for our customers, in compliance with and monitoring of procedures. in force.

You participate in achieving the service's objectives and are the guarantor of customer satisfaction in your region and the brand image conveyed.

Your main activities will consist of:

• Diagnose possible malfunctions and define appropriate palliative solutions,

• Prepare your intervention with the client,

• Install, maintain, repair equipment,

• Provide support and expertise to customers,

• Identify potential additional sales,

• Convey the company's brand image and build customer loyalty.

Expected profile:

• To occupy this position, technical training in electricity, mechanics, electromechanics, automation and pneumatics is required. 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial environment is desired.
