Job Title: Welder

Job Description

Interpreting blueprints with welding symbols. Repetitively MIG weld on thick gauge steel parts. Operate MIG welding machine. TIG welding is a plus (not required). Perform grinding, deburring, and sanding. Fabricate parts used for the assembly of underground enclosures. Accurately measure parts to ensure they are manufactured to customer specification.

Work Environment

Fabrication shop supplying stock and custom overhead hardware for poles and towers and underground hardware, including grates, doors, and covers for underground vaults and enclosures. With over 35 years of experience in design, engineering, and custom fabrication, the company serves the telecommunication and electrical industries, the storm water and waste water control industries, and the Concrete Pre-Cast professional.
