work hours: 5 PM - 1:30 AM

Responsibilities

Under general supervision position is responsible for maintaining operations of the Tofu packing

boxes.

• Packs finished product and places into

appropriate boxes.

• Adheres to all Safety and GMP guidelines

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 7 hours at one time

• working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week
