Global Sales Director – Mixing Activities

Job Summary

The Global Sales Director – Mixing Activities will lead and drive sustained growth of bookings in the mixing market. This person is responsible for sales globally and is held responsible for sustained growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed orders targets in the assigned market or geography

  • Contribute to an effective and on-going SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process. Complete data sheets for monthly SIOP meetings.

  • Evaluate, build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.

  • Develop bookings with Channel Network doing initial evaluation followed by implementing growth programs. This will include rolling out of new tools to our channels.

  • Drive and manage the orders opportunities utilizing CRM and funnel tool.

  • Write and present detailed business plans to support resource recommendations or business initiatives.

  • Grow the business by capturing increased market share through current product offerings and new product introductions. Capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.

  • Design and deploy effective value stream maps and process flow layouts for optimum customer and channel support.

  • Establish / maintain a market leading brand image by driving discipline and excellence in customer facing activities. (Professional sales force, sales tools, etc…)

  • Lead orders forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.

Basic Qualifications

  • Driving Licence is essential

  • French and English Language

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Global Travel Required

Key Competencies

  • Strong mechanical competencies especially with an expertise in mixing activity, with 10 years experience in both sales and technical projects in international scope

  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and customer service

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on results
