Robert Half is partnering with a manufacturing company near Middlesex County in the search for a Staff Accountant. They operate with a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Versatility is at the core of their workforce, as they value individuals who can wear many hats and bring a diverse skill set to their financial department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle AP/AR tasks.

• Take care of bank reconciliation processes.

• Complete inventory costing, well-versed in cost analysis.

• Manage full-cycle payroll processes.

• Administer monthly-end close procedures.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficient in accounting software; knowledge of NetSuite is desirable but not mandatory.

• Strong experience in AP/AR function.

• Previous background in bank reconciliation.

• Well-versed with inventory/costing procedures.

• Experience in running full-cycle payroll process.

• Knowledge in month-end closing procedures would be an advantage.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Associates in Accounting or related field of study.

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
