Build/maintain endpoint images as well as application deployment packages for the College of Natural Sciences Manage the packaging and deployment of endpoint OS builds, driver updates, software builds, BIOS updates (ensure that we are on the latest supported versions)Manage endpoint licenses funded through the Deans Office and manage roles and permissions in security solution management consolePerform system maintenance such as identifying endpoint models that are near end of life, ensuring at least 85% or all CNS endpoints receive security updates and patches on a regular cadence and work with vendor (Dell) to identify/benchmark next gen hardware to be considered for adoption as new standardGenerate recurring report capturing production endpoints that are at or near EOL, patching statistics and health check reports on endpoints to confirm that they are running baseline applications and agents. These should be submit to Assistant Director of Operations for review.
