Candidates will join either our National or Financial Services Organization (FSO) Consulting team. National Consulting provides coverage for clients across industry sectors including automotive and transportation, consumer products and retail, health and life sciences, media and entertainment. Candidates electing to join the FSO will focus on financial service institutions and will have opportunities to serve leading investment banks, retail and commercial banks, insurers, investment managers, along with real estate, hospitality, and gaming institutions.

What you will do

As a Senior Consultant in the AI & Data (AI&D) practice, you will work collaboratively with our clients to deliver engagements and lead teams in all aspects of design and delivery of data and AI solutions. AI&D is fully integrated into every Consulting service offering, which means that as a practitioner you will have the opportunity to work across the broadest set of spaces, ranging from M&A to customer growth, to NextGen technology transformation, to blockchain and others.

Job Requirements and Preferences

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related hard sciences field

  • 3+ years of prior work experience in a technology and/or data-related area

  • Understanding of computer programming and data fundamentals

  • Proficiency in Python or similar data analysis programming language, including creating virtual environments and installing packages

  • Skilled at using core Python libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, sklearn)

  • Skilled at code management and version control using tools (e.g., GitHub)

  • Skilled at understanding functional and non-functional requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a collaborate work environment with diverse groups of people

  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, strong interest and willingness to keep up with emerging technologies

  • Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively to all audiences

  • Intellectual curiosity, the ability to take initiative and drive execution, and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills within a dynamic and evolving business landscape

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates will have exposure to one or more of the following:

  • Programming Skills: Experience in Data science and/or data engineering programming languages, packages & frameworks.

  • Database Management: Experience in relational and/or non-relational database systems & querying languages.

  • Business Intelligence: Experience using business intelligence tools for analytics and/or visualization.

  • Solution Architecture: Experience with data and systems architecture (e.g., APIs, messaging, event handling)

  • Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms, solution architecture and data platform design patterns (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

  • Business Integration: Knowledge of core business platforms, ERPs, Billing Systems, and CRMs

  • Advanced Data Concepts: Experience with master data management, data governance, data quality, data privacy, and data protection, data architecture, and/or data engineering

  • Technical Communication: Able to articulate scalable data architecture concepts, reference architectures, and end-to-end solutions (i.e., both cloud and on-prem hosted solutions)

  • Ability to independently drive projects to completion and ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a demanding environment

We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The salary for this job, in the US, is $125,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.

In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
