Adobe Inc Technical Account Manager (multiple openings) Austin, Texas
Build, develop, and
maintain
one-on-one relationships with strategic accounts. Duties
include:
Produce and deliver technical services specifically crafted to
maintain
operational health. Coordinate customer technical issues independently. Guide customer through complex environment changes. Engage in discussions with multiple personas including developers, analysts, and management
regarding
tasks, project cases, standard methodologies, and prioritization. Participate in project-based, consultant-led architectural and design discussions to ensure solutions are
optimal
for customers. Work on delivery of pro-active and preventative deliverables and best practices.
May allow for partial telecommuting.
Requirements:
Employer will accept a

ter's degree in Information Systems

usiness Analytics, or a related field.
Position requires experience in the following: (1) Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe DX solutions; (2) Information gathering, data analysis, or programming languages such as SQL, HTML, and JavaScript; (3) Troubleshooting technical issues using Java, Adobe debugger, and network analysis; (4) Project management methodologies; and (5) Understanding of enterprise software project life-cycle phases, including design, implementation, testing, and release management.
