Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Staffing & Planning Business Analyst to help us do extraordinary things. As members of the Apple Retail Customer Care (RCC) Business Operations team, we work with various teams to support Apple contact centers and meet customer demand. We strive to find short term and long-term solutions that balance people, customer experience, and financial aspects. We make plans and constantly refine them to react to new trends, applying data to make collective decisions.

Description

In this role, you will be required to: Problem solve and answer complex questions through data analysis and financial modeling, and clearly communicate findings and solutions to multi-functional teams. Provide insights, observations, and recommendations to help improve business processes. Work with team members to develop tools, tracking, and dashboards to facilitate ease of data management and display. Complete ad hoc analysis as requested by leadership. Lead project management and process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in either contact center, digital retail, or physical retail industry

  • Proficiency with Excel, Keynote, and Tableau

  • Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities with a proven ability to analyze complex datasets.

  • Excellent communicator across all levels of an organization, in both written and verbal formats

  • Experience with contact center data analytics and reporting

  • SQL experience

  • Experience in technical writing and contract scope development

  • Ability to work with high level of ambiguity

  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment

  • Demonstrates adaptability and creativity in their approach to solving problems.

  • Proven problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently, formulate sound business decisions, and have strong prioritization and follow-up skills

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
