Position Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled, and experienced Integration Engineer to join our team. This role is for a L3 engineer, who will provide expertise, support, and build critical infrastructure components and leading proof-of-concepts . This position is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and modernizing both the on-prem and cloud environments for the Enterprise Integration infrastructure. The engineer build the reliable, high available and secure integration infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build reliable and high available integration infrastructure.

  • Evaluate new technologies and perform proof of concepts.

  • Work with customers/consumers on new features and enhancements.

  • Creating automation for Operations team and customers

  • Enhance automation.

  • Create Standard operations procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative, scalable, and efficient integration solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ Year experience in DataPower

  • 8+ Years experience on Security OAuth/JWT/Mutual Auth/Cert Management etc

  • 5+ Years experience in integration technologies

  • 3+ Year familiarity in Ansible automation

  • 3+ Year familiarity Azure, GCP and AWS

  • 3+ year familiarity with OpenShift/container technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to compile the XML management (SOMA) and REST Management scripts to handle the appliances deployments/admin activities etc.

  • Advanced understanding of data security, compliance, and encryption.

  • Advanced understanding of DevOps practices and experiences with CI/CD pipelines

  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex middleware issues.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Scripting knowledge on bash/python/ansible is preferred

  • Ability to quickly identify the problem solutions/use cases and suggest best platforms (Ex: Kong/APIM/APIC/Apigee) for Proof of Concepts and Proof of Technologies.

  • Implementations on Integration Layer security ex: WS-Security, JWT, OAuth 2.0, Mutual Authentication/Basic AD Authentication/Authorizations, encode/decode, encrypt/decrypt sign and verify.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,450.00 - $236,900.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
