The Opportunity
Location: hybrid role in Lewisville, TX (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Top 3 things we're looking for: 1 - data entry accuracy, 2 - attention to detail, 3 - analytical
Must have financial / banking or dealership background. Will also consider legal office work.
Review SmartAuction applications to ensure all needed documents are received. Collect all additional documents (Secretary of State, LexisNexis, etc.) needed for review by the underwriting team.
The Work Itself
- Review onboarding SmartAuction packages to ensure all needed docs are received
- Complete applicable due diligence on dealerships applying for SmartAuction
- Salesforce updates - opportunities are promptly noted in the system
- Provide superior customer service
The Skills You Bring
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years' experience in financial services or similar industry
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience
- Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks
- Typically requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Intermediate written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
