Duties : Support agile based SDLC for software development creating necessary standards, tools, and best practices. Participate and support development and software delivery. Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meeting. Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress. Maintain process documentation and help coach and guide teams to ensure processes are followed. Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility. Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs. Communicate tasks, milestones, and project progress and changes to relevant stakeholders. Track internal and external dependencies, also facilitate discussion of issues and different approaches and alternatives, and effectively resolve issues in a timely manner. Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition. Identify and remove impediments, and prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal.

Salary: $163,000 to $246,800 per year

What you have

Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-Bachelor’s related experience. Experience must include some experience in each of the following skills: Atlassian collaboration tools Jira and Confluence; BMC Remedy IT Service management tool; MongoDB, GCP Bigquery, and SQL Queries; Harness and Bitbucket; Service registry, Kafka/Rabbit MQ messaging, and Splunk dashboards; Mainframe CICS and TSO; and Unix/Linux Commands and shell scripting.

We offer a competitive pay and benefits package. Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above.
