Responsibilities

Incident Detection and Response

Threat Intelligence and Analysis

Security Monitoring and Analysis

Security Incident Management

Security Tool Management

Reporting and Documentation

Continual Service Improvement (“CSI”)

Frequently document and communicate product security risks, collaborating with internal and external partners

Review security events that are triggered in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system to develop accurate remediation actions

Provide timely detection, identification, and alerting of possible attacks/intrusion

Reverse engineer to find initial point of attack

Monitor and determine which security issues may have an impact on the enterprise
