Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of up to 200 PeopleFund borrowers, offering technical assistance and support.

* Review quarterly financials, including profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet statements.

* Conduct site visits to track small businesses' sustainability 18-36 months after loan closing.

* Maintain regular contact with clients through tailored newsletters, targeted emails, phone calls, etc.

* Facilitate group and online training sessions for borrowers.

* Conduct a minimum of 2 advising sessions annually with each client on various business topics such as,

Business & Strategic planning

Market research

Financial Statements (profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet)

Access to capital

Personal and business credit

Operations

Marketing

Financial forecasting

* Assist in the development of updated curricula and facilitate Microloan borrower virtual communities.

* Collaborate closely with lending and risk management teams to provide post-loan support.

* Track and report all technical assistance provided monthly on a cloud server.

* Coordinate with partner agencies to deliver post-loan technical assistance effectively.

* Stay informed about small business opportunities and resources.

* Connect clients to professional resources within the community.

* Lead workshops for clients and partners.

* Collaborate with resource partners in the Small Business Ecosystem on outreach, events, and workshops.

* Attend events and engagements as required, including outside normal working hours.

* Track set metrics for job evaluation and community impact monthly.

* Fulfill other duties as assigned.
