Technical Leadership: Serves as a technical lead for integration development, provides expertise in interface design patterns and message transformation. Establishes development standards and best practices while mentoring junior developers in integration engine capabilities and healthcare integration methodologies.Integration Development: Designs and implements sophisticated interfaces within the integration engine environment, collaborating with architects and stakeholders on scalable solutions. Develops and optimizes HL7 FHIR interfaces, creates complex message flows and transformations, and selects appropriate integration patterns that maximize platform capabilities. This includes implementing Epic Bridges interfaces and Epic Data Courier administration within the broader integration landscape.Maintenance and Support: Provides advanced troubleshooting for complex integration engine issues, manages performance optimization and interface monitoring. Participates in on-call rotation and lead root cause analysis efforts for system issues across integrated platforms.Quality and Documentation: Maintains comprehensive technical documentation for integration engine configurations and establishes testing methodologies for interface deployments. Ensures thorough validation of all integration components through systematic testing procedures.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesTechnical Expertise: Skilled in integration platforms such as Azure API Management, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi. Proficient in APIs, including RESTful and SOAP, and hands-on expertise in designing and implementing API-driven solutions. Knowledge of middleware technologies and integration patterns.Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams. Ability to build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.Project Management:Experience in managing integration projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
