Department Description : The Cloud Product Release Group is part of Oracle’s Product Release Operations and is responsible for ensuring the availability of Oracle's Products and Services in our Fusion Cloud applications according to Oracle standard processes and business practices. The group accomplishes this through part creation, model configuration, and pricing set up in the Product Management and Pricing applications.

Role Description : The Cloud Product Release Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst or Project Manager with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to play a critical role in the execution of the global release process.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

What you’ll do :

• Ensure the availability of Oracle's Products and Services in our Fusion Cloud applications according to Oracle standard processes and business practices.

• Perform non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, from initiation through delivery.

• Develop project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

• Create parts, perform model configuration, and setup pricing in the Product Management and Pricing applications.

What you’ll bring :

• 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager working in a fast paced agile environment

• Understanding of quality principles

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Solid logical reasoning skills

• Articulate, effective communicator with excellent writing and editing skills

• Ability to work in a team oriented environment

• Strong interest in operations

• Knowledge of Oracle and Cloud Services desired, but not required

• Ability to take ownership and execute

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $24.76 to $67.93 per hour; from $51,500 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
