Help Develop and Execute semiconductor-related IT components of TIEs strategic plan.Supervise a team of 3-5 employees including a Developer, System Administrator, and an Endpoint Specialist.Minimize and report on interruptions-to-production (ITP) in frequency and duration, ensuring high availability for cleanroom operations and design activities. Provides consistent support and a means of escalation to resolve ITPs.Maintain endpoints for TIE, in coordination with UTs central services groups.Consults with staff and leaders to fulfill requirements for data security, IT services, ITP communications (scheduled and unscheduled), and regulatory and legal responsibilities.Create user accounts on multiple platforms, deploy and upgrade physical or virtual servers, install and upgrade software, and troubleshoot issues. Train users as needed.Configure, deploy and maintain software and systems, ranging from windows-based machines to Unix and POSIX-compliant servers. Configure, deploy, maintain, and monitor backups. Manage Disaster Recovery plans.Configure, deploy, and maintain Active Directory, including OUs, Groups, user accounts and utility/service accounts.The Semiconducting IT Manager will be given project, activities, duties or other responsibilities according to the growth of the TIE organization and its mission.
