Google Program Manager III, Supply Chain, Google Enterprise Network in Austin, Texas

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.

  • 5 years of experience in supply chain management and operations.

  • Experience with supply chain reporting, gathering data, analyzing, and creating metrics and reports around supply chain performance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery rates, freight cost, and customer satisfaction.

As a Program Manager focused on Enterprise Network Engineering and Supply Chain, you'll work on the Google Enterprise Network (GEN) team to ensure the security, reliability, scalability, and automation of an enterprise network. You will define priorities based on Strategic OKR's to drive network product development and life-cycle decisions. You'll be working with Network Engineers, Software Engineers, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure new solutions meet Operational needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Oversee and manage the supply chain delivery project life-cycle from initiation to delivery, inclusive of Planning and Demand Management, Delivery, and Order Fulfillment.

  • Develop and execute strategies for optimizing GEN supply chain operations through data analysis and insight development.

  • Form collaborative relationships with data stewards across the organization to support the strategic use of enterprise data for supply chain analytics.

  • Partner with business leads to define and maintain supply chain performance indicators

  • Lead data analysis efforts to collect, analyze, and report on supply chain data, leverage analysis to identify and propose areas of improvement and generate potential solutions.
