The Retail Technology Product Team is responsible for the systems that Apple customers interact with and employees engage to create the Apple experiences in our retail stores! As a Product Manager on our team, you’ll be a part of diverse, and supportive team that ensures our technology fulfills Apple’s vision of enabling employees to deliver the best Retail experience in the world.

Description

This role will lead technology and experience development for team member performance programs. You will partner with Engineering, Human Resources, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance the team member experience and optimize business processes in our stores. - Design solutions for large cross-functional performance initiatives, ensuring seamless user experiences in our stores. - Represent business and technology interests throughout the design, development, and deployment of new systems. - Analyze retail trends and external market research to inform future strategies, creating simple and scalable solutions for all stores. - Coordinate funding, release schedules, issue resolution, resource alignment, and quality standards. - Develop product roadmaps for systems supporting various business operations. - Provide clear requirements for engineering and UI design teams to build new software.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with a retail, workforce management, consulting or SaaS company.

  • Experience delivering global enterprise-level employee and consumer-facing mobile and web applications.

  • Up to 20% travel (domestic and international)

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Foundational understanding of performance and behavior focused solutions including dashboards, recognition engines, and coaching.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and familiarity with JIRA/Confluence for documenting business requirements.

  • Expertise in writing business requirements and collaborating with engineering and design teams to reduce technical debt and migrate to new architectures.

  • Strong ability to clarify business problems, identify process/user experience improvements, and represent business interests in solution development.

  • Experience planning and leading software release cycles, prioritizing features, coordinating user testing, and managing communication with partners.
